Mahavir University organized a Faculty Orientation Programme on Thursday under the guidance of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Sarvottam Dixit.
The programme was organized with the objective of familiarizing faculty members with the vision and mission of the University, the National Education Policy (NEP), research, innovation, and institutional policies. Newly appointed as well as serving faculty members from various schools and departments participated actively in the programme.
During the programme, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sarvottam Dixit carefully heard the views and suggestions of the participating faculty members and provided constructive guidance. He emphasized that orientation programmes play an important role in strengthening professional development, self-confidence, and educational quality among teachers.
He encouraged faculty members to contribute actively towards the academic growth and development of the University while aligning their efforts with its vision, mission, and educational objectives.
The programme was attended by the Chancellor, Registrar, Deans of various schools, Heads of Departments, officers, and faculty members from across the University.
