Mahaveer University, Meerut successfully celebrated the 10th Ayurveda Day on 18th September 2025 at the Mahaveer Ayurvedic Hospital, Meerut. The occasion was marked by the active participation of faculty members, students, healthcare professionals, and members of the community, highlighting the growing interest in Ayurveda as a holistic system of health and wellness.
The celebration commenced with a Health and Wellness Camp, organized between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, where participants availed themselves of personalized Ayurvedic consultations and health check-ups. Expert practitioners guided the attendees on adopting Ayurvedic practices to promote balance, prevent illness, and enhance overall well-being.
Following the camp, a session of Health Talks on the theme Awareness of Ayurveda was conducted. The talks emphasized the timeless relevance of Ayurveda in addressing contemporary health challenges and provided practical insights into its integration into modern lifestyles. The sessions were enriched by the contributions of esteemed speakers, Dr. I. P. Singh (DyMS) and Dr. Nikita (Assistant Professor, Kayachikitsa Department), who shared their expertise and inspired the audience to embrace the wisdom of Ayurveda in daily life.
The program was effectively coordinated by Dr. Sachin, Medical Officer, whose efforts ensured the smooth execution of all activities. The event concluded with an acknowledgment of Ayurveda’s enduring significance as both a traditional science and a modern pathway to sustainable healthcare.
